Width in the golf swing is important- especially if we want the left arm and the shaft to form a nice straight alignment at impact.

Whilst slow motion swings can be great to look at, what the viewer tends to miss is the dynamic movement that is occurring throughout the swing.

To the untrained eye it would seem that slow motion video would be more beneficial to see how the swing is functioning. That however is not really the case.

History proves there have been many styles of backswings that have won golf tournaments all across the globe year after year.
